While you are attending a training program or regular personal training, our facilities are also open to you at certain times for independent use.

With medical prescription
During physiotherapy, you can start with an MTT prescription (medical training therapy). MTT is a therapeutically guided training program that you carry out independently.

This offer is aimed at those who want to train independently at home or in their fitness club. .

  • Initial consultation (55min): Personal consultation to analyze your needs.
  • Individual training program: Tailored to your goals and needs.
  • Training app: With integrated videos for each exercise for correct execution.
  • Plan explanation on site 55min: Detailed explanation of the training plan.
  • Online follow-up sessions: Two 15-minute or one 30-minute session for questions, feedback and adjustments.

    Training planning incl. 3-6 programs: Three phases over 12 weeks, tailored to your athletic goals.

  • Needs analysis and performance test: Comprehensive analysis of your current performance level and needs.
  • Detailed explanation of the training plan in three 60min. sessions.
  • Training app: With integrated videos for each exercise for correct execution.
  • Follow-up sessions: Three 30-minute sessions for questions, feedback and adjustments (on-site or online).
  • Final testing: review of progress.
