FAQ
Will health insurance or accident insurance cover the costs of physiotherapy if I have a doctor's prescription?
If the physiotherapy is based on a doctor's prescription, the prescribed treatment will be covered by your health insurance. However, it is advisable to check the exact conditions with your health insurance company or accident insurance provider in advance to ensure that the costs of the desired service will be covered.
Do I have to commit to the service long-term, or can I also test the services in individual sessions?
We believe in the benefits of regular and long-term support, but you are welcome to try our services in individual sessions. This allows you to get a first impression of what we offer and decide if it's right for you before committing to a longer-term program of x sessions.
Can I get a contribution to the costs of personal and athletic training or classic massages reimbursed by my supplementary insurance?
Many supplementary insurance policies offer the option of reimbursing health promotion contributions for personal and athletic training (course instructor: Raphael Liechti) instead of a fitness subscription. Some insurers also cover part of the costs for classic massages. It is advisable to check the exact benefits of your supplementary insurance and find out about the respective reimbursement conditions.
