FAQ: TRX training in Zurich: what you need to know
Do I need previous knowledge for TRX?
No. Really not. You don't need a six-pack, perfect body control or any prior knowledge. All you need is the desire to try something new - and the courage to feel shaky from time to time. The rest will come with time. I promise.
Is TRX also for men? Or only for women?
Honestly, we hear this question more often than we thought. The answer is simple - TRX is for People. Whether male, female, in between or completely different. If you have muscles (and yes, you do), then you can train them. Period.
How often should I do TRX to make a difference?
It depends. Twice a week is a good start if you want results. Once is also okay - better than nothing. But of course: if you come regularly, you will notice changes more quickly. And that motivates you. At some point, you might not want to stop at all.
Is TRX also suitable if I have back problems?
In many cases: yes. Because you train with your own body weight, TRX is easy on the joints and very controllable. Our trainers make sure that you work properly and don't overload yourself. However, if you have acute complaints, it is worth having a brief preliminary talk - just to be on the safe side.
What do I need to bring with me?
Comfortable sportswear and a water bottle. Nothing more. A towel is included with our Personal Training included. Shoes? Depending on the session, you can leave them off. Sometimes barefoot or with socks is simply better for your body. And don't worry: we'll let you know in advance.
Can I do a TRX trial training session?
Yes, of course. And we even think you should. Because TRX reads well - but you have to feel it for yourself. Simply book your free trial training and see if it grabs you.
